Employers and recruiters receive candidate data only for the job it was shared for and must not reuse or resell it.
Recruitment fees and commission follow the written agreement with each employer or recruiter.
A candidate is treated as placed from the day they join; fees fall due as agreed in that agreement.
If two recruiters put forward the same candidate for the same job, JobXpress decides who is credited, based on its records.
