This policy explains how JobXpress ("we") collects and uses your personal data.
What we collect
- Account details: name, mobile number, email address, password (stored only as a secure hash).
- Profile details: date of birth, gender, parents' names, address, education, work experience, skills, career preferences, resume and certificates you upload.
- Identity details: Aadhaar and PAN numbers and a copy of an identity document, only for verification.
- Usage data: sign-in times, IP address and actions in your account, kept for security and audit.
Why we use it
- To create and verify your profile.
- To match you with suitable jobs and share your profile with employers and recruiters for jobs you apply to or are put forward for.
- To arrange interviews and follow your placement.
- To process membership payments and send receipts and important notices.
Aadhaar and PAN
- Stored encrypted. Only a masked form (for example XXXX-XXXX-1234) is shown to our staff.
- Never shown to employers or recruiters, never shown on any public page.
- Seen in full only by authorised verification staff, and every such view is recorded.
Who can see your data
- Our authorised staff, according to their role.
- Recruiters and employers see your career profile and resume; they see your phone and email only after you are put forward for a job.
- Payment providers process payments; we do not store card or UPI details.
How long we keep it
While your account is active, and afterwards only as long as the law requires. You can ask us to delete your account.
Your rights
You can view and correct your profile at any time, withdraw consent, and ask for deletion by writing to admin@jobxpress.online.
